About the event
John St. John our Diabetes Care advocate will discuss life style changes, diet changes and other reccomendations that can be used to prevent medication and even reverse diabetes. Though some may be obvious other changes you can make are not so obvious. This event will be an open forum where during the second half Q&A's are appreciated as other will likely have questions you may not have considered. Our hope is also that a support group type of environment arises as a result of these classes.Â
